This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Mo Hamza (operated under Ten Miles Agency).

By purchasing any product or service, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Courses (Digital Products)

All course purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content, once access is granted, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except in the following case:

  • If you are technically unable to access or watch the course due to a verified system issue on our side.

Important Notes:

  • Not understanding the content, lack of time, change of decision, or unmet expectations do not qualify for a refund.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review course details before purchasing.
  • Access issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

If a valid technical issue is confirmed and cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.


2. Services (Marketing, Consulting, Strategy, or Any Custom Work)

All payments made for services are strictly non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Strategy development
  • Marketing consulting
  • Campaign management
  • Content production
  • Any custom or tailored service

Reasoning:

Services involve time, expertise, resource allocation, and strategic commitment. Once work has been initiated or reserved, the cost is incurred regardless of project continuation.


3. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us.

Any attempt to force a refund through a payment provider without valid grounds may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension
  • Legal action if necessary
